Discontinuous Galerkin optimizations from AxesSim during NUMELEC 2017

We presented the optimization results of our 3D EM Discontinuous Galerkin in Time Domain (DGTD) solver “Teta” at the NUMELEC 2017 congress. Unlike the more classical FDTD method, Discontinuous Galerkin in Time Domain is designed to apply easily on unstructured meshes and this way to avoid undesired « staircase » effects.

AxesSim @ NUMELEC 2017 Nov. 15th – 17th, University…

AxesSim will take part in the 9th European Conference on Numerical Methods in Electromagnetics, NumElec, which aims to provide both communities working in the areas of low and high frequencies the opportunity to meet and discuss the latest advances in their research offering them useful guidance.

AxesSim @ Mésochallenges Day, 28 September 2017

AxesSim is quoted in ONERA’s latest annual report

ONERA, the French aerospace research center – celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2016 – has recently published its annual report.
On page 41 (Numerical Simulation part), AxesSim is named as Onera’s partner around the development and integration of their tool Cripte simulating the propagation of electrical signals and EM compatibility issues.

CONFORME 2 project beginnings

The ANR ASTRID MATURATION project CONFORME2 is launched since March 1st 2017.

The main objective of this project is to perform the conform FDTD technique for aircraft CEM issues. It is essential to our partners and our own challenges to succeed in providing a robust and versatile electromagnetic environment for modelling the whole complexity of an aircraft for safety matters.
